The book rescues and analyses a cultural and design phenomenon that developed in Barcelona in the second half of the 1970s, where art and design ceased to be clearly delimited.
“Disueño” was a competition or a series of exhibitions that were presented in parallel to the more consolidated and “orthodox” Delta Prizes, awarded by the ADI-FAD (Industrial Design Group of the Fomento de las Artes Decorativas).
A reference work for students, researchers, designers and artists interested in the intersection between design, art and politics during a moment of historical transition.
